So today was my due date. I managed to keep myself together for most of the day and even forgot about it at times but now that DH is gone to work and I'm all alone it's hitting me really hard. It hurts.
I'm crying while I type this and my dear 65 lbs weimaraner is trying to crawl into my lap. She managed to get me to smile.
So sorry it's such a rough day. It must be so much worse with a late loss like yours, though mine at 8.5 weeks was bad enough. Hope you can have a nice drink, eat some chocolate, and watch a sappy movie or read a sappy book. At least that's always my therapy for a really really bad day.
ReplyDeleteThanks girls. With my first 2 losses I was pregnant when my due date rolled around so it wasn't quite as hard. I also think that I was so caught off guard with this loss because of how far along I was that I took it even harder. Anyways, I appreciate the support.
